About the marketplace

bzaico is an AI-powered commercial real estate and business marketplace. Listings are posted by verified brokers, agents and owners. bzaico is the marketplace, not the broker of record. Use of this directory does not establish a brokerage relationship between bzaico and any user.

Listings are informational

Listings are presented for informational purposes and reflect the data the publishing broker or owner submitted. They may be inaccurate, outdated, or removed by the source at any time. Always verify financials, title, tenancy and any RENA-generated estimate directly with the listing broker before relying on any figure.

Verified standards

Every broker, agent and owner is license-checked and identity-confirmed before they can publish. RENA cross-references title, tax records and prior listings on every submission. Discrepancies are flagged for review. Dual agency, ownership stakes and broker compensation arrangements are surfaced before contact.

Acceptable use

Users may not scrape the platform, attempt to mass-export listings, misrepresent their license status, or use bzaico to facilitate transactions that violate state or federal law. Violations may result in account suspension and referral to the appropriate licensing board.

Liability

bzaico is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, bzaico is not liable for loss arising from reliance on listing data, RENA outputs, or counterparty communications routed through the platform. Resolve transactional disputes with the counterparty broker of record.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged in your account and by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
